Sponsorship Packages &
Marketing Opportunities
Personal Appearances
Personal appearances from a racing driver, on any level, are a strong way for a company to gain attention. If the driver is popular and personable, there is a strong appeal to younger people who often line up to get autographs. “Cap” and Brian are willing to make personal appearances as time permits between school, family and racing. They are willing
to do advertisements, autograph sessions, and to use the team’s sleek racing vehicles for promotional appearances.
“Cap” and Brian have represented sponsors at the local and national track level with product displays and sales where appropriate. We have used the team cars at car shows, dealerships and other sources for display purposes. And our driver can do autograph sessions using promotional item with the sponsor’s names on them.
Internet
The Internet also has some sites where advertising could be done to highlight the sponsorship. These include the racing series and race tracks where “Cap” and “Brian” will race. Your own corporate website can include information about your sponsored drivers and team, updates on their activities and the work they are doing on behalf of your company and products. Hundreds of other sites enable banner and link advertising to help attract attention and generate hits for your website. “Caps” and Brian’s images will be made available should you desire to create web graphics for your advertising use.
The Internet site for Henry MotorSports has a very strong web presence for possible sponsors as will “Cap’s” own web site www.caphenryracing.com.
Signage
The team’s race trailers serve as rolling billboards for any potential sponsor averaging approximately 12,000 -15,000 miles a year of highway use in Ohio, Indiana, Michigan, Illinois and Pennsylvania. This means hundreds of thousands of impressions for less than a penny per impression.
